Swingpop over the roofs of Vienna – Salon Hermes in the ‘Dachboden’

Right next to the Weghuberpark in the 7th district is the new 25hours hotel Vienna, which opened recently its suites. They are modelled on elements of the circus and in autumn 2012 the hotel will extend its range.
With an extraordinary elevator off glass the visitors can go up to the top of the hotel, where the new location ‘Dachboden’ waits with an amazing view. During good weather the panorama even ranges to www.25hours-hotels.comthe vineyards in Korneuburg. The living room over the roofs of the city surrounds a certain atmosphere and the design of the equipment combines antiques with components from the arena. Therefore attention should be paid to the diverse furniture.

Every Wednesday the ambiance is also supported by Herrn Hermes. With his music archive he brings back Swing, Pop and Jazz. In the ‘Dachboden’ sounds beats and for example Tocotronic or Element of Crime invite to shake a leg. Inclusive surprises: listen to genres, you know, and to others you’ve never heard of!
The drinks menu varies from different cocktails or long drinks, over red and white wine to different sorts of beer, all for halfway affordable prices.
The man, who fills the location with audience, Herr Hermes, got famous through the ORF and the radio station FM4. On the radio he moderates for example ‘Chez Hermes’ and for TV he creates a feature story named ‘Die unteren 10.000’ for the Late-Night-Show ‘Willkommen Österreich’. He visits some special and small parties or events, aside from the society-press and public attention.
