The International Design Fair invites from October 14th until 16th to a journey between provocation and suitability for daily use. About 150 creative heads presents new trends in the categories furniture, fashion, lights and accessories in the Viennese MAK – Museum for applied arts.

And in the survey from the ‘Economist Intelligence Unit’, Vienna successfully ranked second. According to the ‘Livability Ranking Report’, issued in August 2011, Austria’s capital city reserved second ranking from other top-destinations worldwide, such as Melbourne, Vancouver or Helsinki. For the future Vienna targets ambitious goals, especially in the tourism sector.
